Me and my partner are looking to move out of our flat as we're finding it's too small to meet our needs. The flat is better suited to a single occupant, although another couple may find it an adequate size.
We would like to move out ASAP but if interest is expressed we may need time to move into a new property (we can discuss specifics).
We are 5 months into a 12 month contract (started 01/07/2017) with RNL Properties and if you're interested this would involve the new tenant paying letting fees (£80 for Student/£140 for Professional) and a deposit (£500) in order to take over the contract. A guarantor would need to be provided as with any other typical letting agreement. Obviously, we will be paying the £60 admin fee for transfer of contract.
If anyone is interested in a swap, we are looking for a two bed house for under £500pcm.
