Hello there, I'm a friendly, easy-going and clean female professional working as a Bid Manager for a construction company (don't worry, I'm cool!) I love wine and a good talk/laugh, I've a small sewing studio where I make cosplays, costumes and lots of fun stuff. I've got a furry daughter, Dora, who I love more than life itself so you would have to like cats. She's adorable, neutered, micro chipped, has occasional pet grooming spa and showers (not her favourite thing), litter tray trained (she has her own toilet space, haha). She's 4 and at first, she's shy but after getting to know you (smell) she's very friendly.
I rented this flat in Catford (2 bedrooms) because is very close to central London (only 20 on the train!) and there're 2 train stations (Catford and Catford Bridge), this is not to count the endless buses! Only in the street we I am, around 5 different busses. The flat seats on top of the Co-Operative supermarket, next door to Lloyd's Pharmacy and tons of shops around, so very convenient.

So I rented the flat unfurnished and I brought all furniture. The kitchen is brand new, all nice as you can see.
Massive living room, 7 seat sofas.
A lovely terrace/patio
Bathroom full of mirrors and clean.
Your room has a massive inbuilt wardrobe, 2 shelves and 1 king size bed (I'll give you mine) but no mattress.

So what I'm looking for is 1 person only to get into the tenancy agreement.
I'm not sub-letting so you'll need to get into the contract, the agency fees are:
£50 for referencing (I paid £200 for the rest already)
£700 deposit (obviously given back afterward, unless we put fire on the place...)
The room is £500 plus bills (that will depend on how economic we are! I'm sure you'll be)
I've installed the internet already (see, I'm cool!)


It is ready to move!
