I am looking for a student to rent my room in Windsor House, which is a luxury private student accomodation in Cardiff city centre, from September 2017 to September 2018. The location of the Windsor House has many advantages, it is a 1 minute walk from Cardiff Queen Street (the centre) and 8 minutes from Cardiff University. This area is, also, very quite to live and study. Moreover, Windsor House has two quite study rooms, a cinema room for student use, a VIP lounge and a small gym. It, also, has a 24 hours reception and full security.
The student that will rent the room will NOT have to pay any money for utility bills, deposit, internet or any other costs.
The room being rent is very spacious, it is 23 square metres. It includes an ensuite bathroom, a very modern kitchen, a TV and a big desk. The room is very quite during the day and night, provided for long study hours. In addition, it has a very nice location in the south of the building which allows plenty of natural sun light to come in.
