One double room will be available at 1 Adamson Street, Liverpool L7 9LR(behind 333 edge lane) on 25 Dec. 2017. Another bigger double room will be available on 8 Jan. 2018.
It is not like a simple student accommodation but very family-oriented house. Very friendly English neighbour will help you to feel ease and comfortable. Shared the house with one European couple and one Chinese professor who are nice, friendly and quiet.
80 pounds per week for smaller double room and 85 pounds per week for the larger double room including all water, electricity, gas bills and internet and TV license and council tax. All facilities are available, such as washing machine, microwave, heating etc. There is one double bed, one wardrobe and desk and chair inside the room. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre(No.6,7,8,10a,10b.10c) and the university of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. 10 minutes walk to the fresh vegetable market and wholesale of seafood. There is a Chinese supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Botanic garden is 3 minutes walk and you can find time to enjoy yourself. Several super markets such as Village Market, Aldi, Tesco Home Bargain are around. Liverpool shopping park is 7 minutes walking away. There is one living room, with sofa, TV and dinner table where you can chat, relax and chat with your room mates.
